By browsing our site, placing an order, or booking a visit or training session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order, book a farm visit, or register for a training session on our website. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Orders placed via the website or WhatsApp enquiry are treated as a request to purchase and are confirmed only once payment (full or advance, as applicable) is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Farm visit and training session bookings made through our Booking page are treated as requests and are confirmed only after we get in touch with you to finalise the date and slot. Training batch sizes are limited, so bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Rescheduling or cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
Delivery timelines shared at checkout or via WhatsApp are estimates and may vary due to weather, harvest schedules, or courier delays. As mushrooms are a perishable product, delivery is generally limited to Lucknow and nearby areas to preserve freshness. Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Because fresh mushrooms are perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered. If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Spawn orders and training/booking fees may be cancelled or rescheduled as per Section 5 above.
All content on this website — including our logo, product photography, training material and written content — is the property of Naveen Mushroom Farms and may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without our written consent.
While we take utmost care in describing and photographing our products, we do not guarantee that all information on the website is entirely error-free. Naveen Mushroom Farms shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website, our products, or training sessions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
