Are your mushrooms naturally grown and chemical-free?
Yes. We grow all our mushrooms using natural, hygienic farming practices without harmful chemical treatments — from spawn to harvest.
Where is your farm located?
We're located at Ameti Green City, Hasemau, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
How is the final price of a product calculated?
Price is based on the current market rate, the quantity/weight ordered, and applicable taxes. Since rates can vary with the season, the final amount is confirmed at the time of your order.
- Product Value = Weight/Quantity × Rate
- GST = applied where applicable
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery/at the farm. For website orders, payment is processed securely through our payment gateway.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details, and our team will assist you.
How do I book a farm visit or training session?
Use the "Booking" page to fill in your details, preferred date and booking type (farm visit, training, bulk order or spawn order). Our team will confirm your slot on WhatsApp.
How long does a training session take?
A typical hands-on training session runs half a day, covering spawn handling, humidity/temperature control, and harvesting basics. Batch sizes are kept small for individual attention.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free local delivery on larger orders within Lucknow. For smaller orders, applicable delivery charges will be shown before checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Fresh mushroom orders are usually delivered the same day or next day within Lucknow, depending on harvest timing. Spawn orders may take 2–3 business days.
What is your return policy?
Since fresh mushrooms are perishable, we don't accept general returns once delivered. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, report it within 24 hours with photos for a free replacement or refund. Read our full

How long does a refund take?
Once your claim is verified, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
How should I store fresh mushrooms?
A few simple habits keep mushrooms fresh longer:
- Store in a paper bag or breathable container, not sealed plastic
- Keep refrigerated and avoid washing until just before use
- Use within 4–5 days of delivery for best freshness
- Keep spawn packets in a cool, dark place until use
